1st Graders continue building on music literacy concepts, music vocabulary, singing melodies and call and response songs, composing rhythms, and performance protocol. Students will also work together as an ensemble to create music through instruments such as xylophones, metallophones, glockenspiels, handbells and boomwhackers. Ms. Jamie teaches music to 1st grade in the 2015-2016 school year.
